ESPREVIA

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated October 4, 2026

This policy is for residents of Washington State and Nevada, whose laws protect "consumer health data", and for anyone else who wants to know how we handle it. Esprevia makes coffee for the phases of the menstrual cycle, so some information about you could be treated as health data even if we only infer it, for example from the fact that you joined our waitlist. Questions: contact@esprevia.com.

Consumer health data we collect

We do not ask for your cycle dates, symptoms, diagnoses or other health information, and we ask you not to send it to us.

Why we collect it

Where it comes from

Directly from you (forms and checkout), and from your browser when you use our site.

Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with the service providers that run Esprevia, and only for the purposes above:

We have no affiliates. We do not sell consumer health data.

Your rights

To make a request, email contact@esprevia.com with the subject "Health data request". We'll confirm the request comes from your email address and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by another 45 days if needed, and will tell you if we do). Requests are free.

Appeals

If we deny your request, reply to our answer with the subject "Appeal" and we'll respond within 45 days, explaining what we decided and why. If you're unhappy with the outcome, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
