Affiliate Program Terms

This is a plain-English summary of the terms for the Esprevia affiliate program. By applying or sharing an Esprevia affiliate link, you agree to them. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. Questions: contact@esprevia.com.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and, for now, live in the United States.
• Every affiliate is approved by us. We may decline an application, and we may remove an affiliate who doesn't follow these terms.
• Your link is personal. Please don't share it with someone else to run as their own.

Pre-launch rewards

Before launch, approved affiliates get a personal link like esprevia.com/?ref=yourname. Waitlist signups and founding reservations made through it count toward:

• 30 signups: your first Cycle Kit, free.
• 100 signups: three months of Cycle Kits, free.
• Founding ambassadors: the first 25 affiliates we approve get founding status: the higher commission rate below, early access to new blends and a feature on our channels.

Rewards are free product. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and are granted after launch when product ships. A signup counts only if it's a real person with a unique, verified email address who wasn't already on our list. Signing yourself up, signups you make on behalf of others, and fake or automated signups don't count. We decide which signups qualify, and we'll share your count on request.

Commission at launch

At launch your link becomes a code, and you earn commission on every order a new customer you refer places during their first 12 months as a customer:

• Founding ambassadors (first 25 approved): 10%, locked in for as long as you stay in the program.
• All other affiliates: 5%.

• Commission is calculated on net sales: the amount paid after discounts, refunds, taxes and shipping.
• It applies only to customers who hadn't bought from us before, and ends 12 months after that customer's first order.
• We pay monthly once your balance reaches $25. Smaller balances carry over to the next month.
• We'll confirm how payouts work, including payout method and any tax forms we need, before launch.
• If an order is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed.

Follower discount

People who use your code get 5% off their first box. It can't be combined with other codes or offers unless we say so.

Disclosure and claims

• Disclose your relationship with Esprevia in every post, story or video that mentions us, in a way people will notice: for example #ad or "affiliate link". Follow the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
• Esprevia is a food product, not a medicine. Don't say or suggest that it diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition, including cramps, PMS or other cycle symptoms.
• Talk about the ritual and your own honest experience. Don't invent results or speak for other people.
• We may give you approved talking points. When in doubt, use them or ask us.

Using our brand

• You may use the Esprevia name, logo and the images we provide to promote the program. Please don't change them or create content that could be mistaken for an official Esprevia account.
• Don't bid on "Esprevia" or close variations in paid search ads, and don't register domains or social handles that include our name.
• No misleading content, spam, unsolicited messages, or bought or automated traffic.

Ending and changes

• You can leave the program anytime by emailing us. We can end your participation anytime, with notice when we reasonably can.
• If you leave or we end things for reasons other than a breach of these terms, rewards and commission you've already earned are still honored. If participation ends because of a breach, unearned or disputed rewards and commission may be forfeited.
• We may update these terms or the program. We'll email active affiliates before changes take effect, and changes don't apply to rewards already earned.
• You're an independent participant, not an employee or agent of Esprevia.
